Light Arrival Package (190 €)

Ideal for students or self-reliant movers who have visa matters handled through school or work, but want expert guidance and a guaranteed smooth arrival.

• Step 1: Pre-Arrival Consultation (60 min Online) A complete mapping of essential checklists in Finland. We go through where to find critical information, official websites, and necessary registrations. I can guide you while you complete them or assist directly.
• Step 2: Paperwork Check & Travel Prep (Online) We double-check that all pre-arrival paperwork is in order and confirm your arrival schedule. This session can also include a quick S2 Finnish language introduction with basic survival phrases (e.g., greetings, directions).
• Step 3: Welcome at the Airport & Arrival Transfer Personal welcome at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. Together, we travel to your accommodation by public transport or taxi and assist with collecting your apartment keys.

Comprehensive Relocation Package (390 €)

Full-service arrival support and local onboarding for a seamless start to your new life in Finland.

• Step 1 & 2: Pre-Arrival Setup & Essentials Planning (Online) Includes everything from the Light package, plus personalized coordination. We agree on essential items to arrange beforehand (e.g., ordering a prepaid SIM card ready for arrival).
• Step 3: Pre-Arrival Language & Orientation Session (Online) An intensive, but fun, Finnish language prep session focusing on daily life phrases, plus a virtual overview of your future neighborhood.
• Step 4: Airport Pickup & Home Check-In Warm welcome at the airport, transport (public transit or taxi) to your accommodation, key collection, and a walk-through of household essentials.
• Step 5: Local Orientation & Registration Tour (e.g. Next Day) In-person neighborhood walk: finding local grocery stores, pharmacies, and recycling points. We set up your HSL public transport card/app, confirm DVV and banking appointments , and go over practical housing rules (sauna bookings, quiet hours, etc.).
